Free DIY Gift Project--Beaded Watch Bracelet

11/0 Czech Seed Beads Silver Matte
DiamonDuo™ 2-Hole Beads Antique Silver
SuperDuo (Pinched Outlined) 2-Hole Beads Labrador
Watch Face
Clasp
Beadalon® WildFire™ beading thread diameter 00.20 --Black

Instructions

1. Add a stopper bead. Pick up a stopper bead,  Going through it in the same direction, pass through a couple of more times.
   
2. Start two-drop Peyote stitch. Pick up an even number of 11/0 seed beads.  I picked up six seed beads. (Make sure that the number of beads will pass through the opening between the bar and the face.) Pick up two seed beads. Skip two seed beads and pass the needle through the next pair. Repeat all the way across. Continue working in pattern until there are enough rows to wrap connector bar of the watch face.
   
3. Start peyote stitch with 2-hole beads. Pick up one DiamonDuo bead and pass through a pair of seed beads. Repeat all the way across. 
   
4. Pick up three 11/0 seed beads and one SuperDuo bead and pass through the top hole of the next bead. Repeat until the end.
   
5. Pick up three 11/0 seed beads and one DiamonDuo bead and pass through the top hole of the next bead. Repeat until the end.
6. Repeat steps four and five until you have achieved the desired length for the watch band.
7. Finish of the bracelet by working four rows of two drop peyote using seed beads.
8. Attach band to watch face. Wrap seed beads around watch bar. Zip stitch the first row of seed bead to the last row of seed beads (the row prior to switching to the two-hole beads). Click here for link to video on how to zip stitch.
   
9. Attach clasp and weave in thread ends and trim.
