Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton yarn—rose, purple and lemon

Worsted Weight: Afghan, Aran Yarn
3.50 oz./100 g (186 yd/170 m) 100% Mercerized Cotton
Gauge: 14 sc x 19 rows = 4 inches on size G-6 (4mm) hook
4mm (G-6) crochet hook
Glue
Brown Felt
Scissors
Embroidery Needle
Instructions
Body
Rnd 1: Ch 2, 6 sc in the sc ch from hook, join with slp st
to join with first sc. (6 sc)
Rnd 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in each sc, join with slp st to join with
first sc (12 sc)
Rnd 3: Ch 1, 2 sc in
2 sc, sc in 4 sc—repeat two times. (16 sc)
Rnd 4: Ch 1, 2 sc in 2 sc, sc in 6 sc—repeat two times. (20
sc)
Head
The first stich of the head is worked into the last SC of
the body.
Row 1: Ch 1, turn, sc in 5 sc. (5 sc)
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, 2 sc in sc, sc in 3 sc and 2 sc in sc. (7
sc)
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, 2 sc in sc, sc in 5 sc and 2 sc in sc. (9
sc)
Row 4: Ch 1, turn, sc2tog, sc in 5 sc, sc2tog. (7 sc)
Ears
First Ear--Sl st in 2 sc,
ch 6, hdc in 2nd ch from hook, dc in next 4 ch sts, slip into next 3 sc.
Second Ear--Ch 6 (from the same stitch)hdc in 2nd ch from
hook, dc in next 4 ch sts, slp st in 2 sc.
Fasten off.
Assemble
- Put wrong sides together. Stitch pieces together by passing the needle up and down through corresponding stitches. Stuff head and body (not ears) as you stitch. Weave yarn ends in and trim.
- Cut three small circles (per rabbit) from felt and glue into place.
