Halloween Card--Design Tip #2

Today's second tip regarding design is to design when you feel inspired.  Getting new supplies tends to inspire me. However, there are times when new supplies just results in a lot of ugly and frustration. When this happens, I seek out the works of others who have used the materials I just bought. I've found that I can learn from work that I like and the work I don't like. Both circumstances require that I figure out why. I use this technique on my own work.
